Responsibilities

Jasmin serves as the Head of the Tax Advisory and Compliance Division at the Cagayan de Oro branch of Jill Santos & Company (JSC).

Experience

As one of the founding partners of JSC, Jasmin brings over a decade of in-depth experience in accounting and auditing. She began her professional journey in the government sector, where she built a strong foundation in public service. Eventually transitioning to the private sector, Jasmin discovered her passion for public practice—leading her to co-establish JSC and dedicate her skills to serving a diverse clientele.

Earlier in her career, Jasmin worked as a Junior Auditor at Santos-Cua Accounting, Auditing, and Consulting Firm. In this role, she was actively involved in audit engagements across a variety of industries, including real estate, cooperatives, foundations, hospitality, construction, trading, manufacturing, and services. She was assigned to clients with engagements covering:
