Responsibilities:

Jan serves as the Jr. Audit Partner, Tax and Compliance Division in Davao City branch of Jill Santos & Company (JSC).

Experience:

An audit partner and tax practitioner for seven (7) years in the firm, he successfully served a diverse range of local clients across various sectors. An assurance partner with extensive experience in financial statements audit of companies in power distribution, real estate, construction, retail and manufacturing, not-for-profit, business process outsourcing, agriculture, logistics, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer sectors. Has also an intermediate experience in providing tax advisory and tax advocacy services to clients, having represented them before the BIR on tax audits, requests for rulings, statutory reporting taxes, internal controls for tax processes, tax clearances and other applications.

Memberships:

A facilitator for the firm’s delegative thought leadership and learning initiatives, an active member of Philippine Institute of CPA (PICPA), Association of CPAs in Public Practice (ACPAPP), National Institute of Accounting Technicians (NIAT) and Philippine Association of Certified Tax Technicians (PACTT) and Asia-Pacific’s Institute of Certified Forensic Accountants (ICFA).

Professional Qualifications:

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Member of International Certified Bookkeepers (MICB), Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA) and Certified Tax Technician (CTT).
